With more than twenty years of experience in financial services, Sherri built dynamic relationships with business owners, as well as high net-worth individuals and families, and developed a deep understanding of both commercial and private banking. During her time as a banker, Sherri identified a need to help business owners take control of their company finances in order to confidently seize growth opportunities.

In 2015, Sherri launched Munro Consulting Services Inc. to advise businesses in building a strategic path for financial success. Sherri also consults with financial institutions on how to have better conversations with women entrepreneurs. Sherri’s passion for strategic business growth and championing female entrepreneurship extends beyond her work with Munro Consulting. She is a Chair of a GroYourBiz board in Toronto,  and an experienced keynote and educational speaker on topics including the importance of establishing effective relationships with professional advisors.

Ann Bradt, Co-Founder

Ann is an accomplished expert in the financial services industry, implementing progressive people strategies for over two decades as a Human Resources professional at a major Canadian bank. Her extensive experience includes talent planning, leadership development, executive succession, and developing learning strategies. Ann’s passion and drive have equipped her with a broad knowledge of the industry, with her career spanning Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Most recently, Ann has been working with leaders to shape and deliver change for their businesses through her firm, Artful Result Consulting Partners Ltd. As part of this work, she has consulted with companies to design talent management systems, new business processes and strategies to increase the acquisition and retention of female clients.  She is a strong and effective advocate for changing the conversation with female clients.
